Foods that burn fat!

You will see a difference in your body by eating clean. Here are some good clean foods that burn fat. 
  • Oatmeal- Just add egg whites (1/4 cup Whites 1/2 cup oatmeal) to get healthy pancakes.
  • brown rice
  • lean meats
  • grapefruit-cook this in the oven with some sweetener 
  • hot peppers-grill these or add it to a lean hamburger with a thin wheat bun.
  • celery- just add peanut butter and raisins... yummy.
  • Low Fat Yogurt- instead of ranch. Add a ranch package mix to plain greek yogurt.
  • Lentils- I personally love split pea soup... you can add onions, hot peppers and some lean chunks of meat (ham). 
  • Raw Almonds- add some low sodium spices.
  • Apples- eat this and your digestive system will start working better.
  • Garlic 
  • Flaxseeds- digestive system will work better and flax seed oil will help you get lean fast. 
  • Egg whites- my favorite olive oil with parmassean browned in a skillet then crack an egg on top and cook it sunny side up.
  • Asparagus- will help you lose water weight as well. Many fitness competitors will eat this for a week before the competition.
  • Berries
  • Argula
  • Quinoa
